International Women’s Day
A day to celebrate the amazing woman you are and the amazing women around you 🩷

I feel so fortunate that I am surrounded by women who uplift others all day, every day.
I recently joined Bravissimo as the store manager in Milton Keynes, fitting bigger boobied women into beautiful, uplifting bras, and I can honestly say, alongside coaching, it is the most rewarding job I have ever done 🙌🏼

My life feels complete, I am content in an energetic way and I feel honoured to be on this journey where I get to uplift others so they get to love who they are and know the feeling of empowerment that some have never experienced before.

If you have either lost that feeling of being empowered or have never felt it before, please reach out to me as sometimes it just takes someone listening to you and guiding you to find whats possible now, today 💛

In celebration of International Women’s Day I am gifting one woman the opportunity to work with me on a 1:1 basis for three months following The Sequel programme.

The Sequel is a fantastically short, get s**t done, 90 day programme that gets you out of your beige life and into one full of sunshine yellow, living aligned with you who you truly are and what you want, injecting fun, happiness and feelings of freedom and inner peace in all areas of your life, I know I’ve done it!!
Do you fancy a bit of that?…..

Drop me a message, let’s chat and move you forward.

Much Love
Helen 💛

Help raise £250 to help grant Tia's Wishes 01/03/2024

March has always felt like a month of change for me, a month to make things happen. Inspired by the changes in nature as we move from winter to spring, as we get to enjoy the colours injected into the landscape by the blossom and the spring flowers, I get a feeling that anything is possible.
This March that feeling is even greater than ever!

As many of you know my granddaughter, Tia, was diagnosed with a brain tumour on 31st January of this year and was blue lighted to Queens Medical Centre in Nottingham where six days later the surgeons removed @96% of the tumour.

Her initial recovery from the surgery was so good just three days after surgery she was allowed to continue her rehabilitation at home.

And she’s continuing to do well! She has lessons via Teams with her classmates every day and has had a few little trips out and about and as she gets stronger she’d like to have more experiences such as feeding the otters, going to a pottery class and visiting the largest Jelly Cat store in the country, to name a few!
Her school wanted to find a way to give Tia a boost and help with her rehabilitation so they set up a JustGiving page so that some of her wishes can come true 🩷

We don’t know whether she will require any further treatment, those results are due soon, right now we are focusing on this gorgeous girl having some fabulous experiences, including a surprise one!, and I’ve added the link to her page should you wish to be part of that too💛

What we didn’t know until this came crashing into our lives is that March is brain tumour awareness month so over the next few weeks I will be sharing more information about the signs, the treatment and what needs to happen so that more children aren’t misdiagnosed, Tia had symptoms for at least four years!!

Feel free to share anything from my posts and let’s get the awareness out there and help save more lives ❤️

Have you ever asked yourself “How am I feeling today?” and answered yourself completely honestly?

It’s something I encourage my clients to do as part of their daily journaling and it doesn’t stop there!

Once you’ve established how you’re feeling, anxious, tired, happy, sad, flat then ask what is it about today that is creating this feeling?
The answer to this might surprise you as often it can be to mask or to avoid what’s going on in your life.

Then comes the biggie
How do I want to feel?
This again needs to be answered really honestly.
You may want to simply not feel like you do and have been this way for a while now so feel a bit stuck and it’s keeping away some painful feelings so you stick with it.
Acknowledging this is what’s happening is a huge breakthrough because it means you get to move forward.

Then what one thing can I do today that will help me feel more like I want to feel?
Do I need help with this?
Who is the best person to help me? Maybe having a call with a friend, making an appointment with a doctor, a nutritionist, going for a walk walk or a swim, a bit of self care or getting involved with a supportive group that focuses on what you are feeling challenged to work through alone.
Ask yourself what is something I can learn to support me with this and how do I go about that?

Following this on a daily basis can really help you if you are feeling a bit lost, overwhelmed or simply don’t want to feel like you do anymore.

It was the question that helped me create a life without alcohol.

I am now 555 days dry and my honest answer to “How am I feeling today?” Is what turned it all around for the better.
I acknowledged I didn’t want to feel like crap in the morning and accepted that I had a problem and then I went to work on the solution to waking up feeling like I have something to live for, a brighter, happier life that I live rather than exist in.

I have no desire to drink, even when times are tough, because it won’t give me the answer to my morning question that I strive for.

So how are you feeling today?

If it’s something you want help with working out, drop me a message I’m here for you 💛
