It’s always fantastic when you get an amazing review from a lovely client. This lady has been attending my group classes at Whitespace Studio in Stony Stratford, I’m there every Wednesday at 9.30am for an intermediate level class. Suitable for those who are not complete beginners. There will be progressions for the exercises from easy intermediate to more advanced, so you don’t need to worry if you have progressed from a beginners class, that it will be too challenging. I concentrate on the Pilates principles as founded by Joseph Pilates, focussing on precision and quality of movement not endless reps. Each class has a structure or flow to the session. Every move has a purpose and caters for all kinds of clients and can take into account amy injuries or body issues so safe for all. My husband practicing Dragon Flag on 2 yellow springs attached to the fluffies on the studio Cadillac. This is a calisthenics exercise which develops deep abdominal strength. The abdominals, gluts and legs are held tense in a horizontal position, everything working hard. 🔥
