I've been quiet on social media for a while, as my wife and I were expecting.
Our little lady arrived a few days before Christmas.
After almost 3 weeks off, it's back to planning classes and PT sessions.

There always seems to be a dark cloud and alot of negativity around the world "fail"
To fail, doesn't mean you're a failure, it means you've pushed yourself to an absolute limit, and not settled for "comfortable" which is so easy to do.

Always push yourself, make that last set/rep almost unbearable. 💪🏻🏋️‍♂️
