Tattenhoe Youth U7 Lions put in a marathon shift yesterday at the Towcester Town FC tournament! The Lions safely navigated 10 group games to comfortably book their spot in the Cup knockout rounds.
We unfortunately fell just short in a tough semi-final, but we couldn't be prouder. Massive effort, tons of football played, and lots of fun along the way.

Tigers u7βs attended the MKAFC tournament on Saturday
With the opportunity to play against lots of new teams of all levels theyβve not faced before
The tournament started a little slow for the tigers but after a couple of games found their rhythm and upped the intensity which resulted in the tigers scoring some good individual and team goals. Even tho there was no overall tournament winner the tigers showed the type of hard work and team spirit that you need to be winners.
Well done boys keep going

U11 Lions headed to MK Athletic Tournament yesterday.
The Lions were fantastic, unbeaten winners of their group but unfortunately losing in the semi-finals on penalties against a very good MK Athletic side.
The Lions should totally keep their heads high as their performance was outstanding!

U6 Panthers had another friendly this morning ahead of the new season, this time away vs Newport Pagnell Town and dressed in their new kit.
After a slow start, and some small pitches making for a compact set of games the boys settled in and started to get some goals and hold their positions well.
The coaches were really impressed with the pressing and tenacity in winning the ball back high up the pitch.
Special mention to our trialists who were not phased by new surroundings and team mates.
PotM - Max
A hard working performance from Max showing great resilience in the games to not let his head drop for long and focusing himself, leading to plenty of goals and strong dribbling in possession.

Great battling performance today from our limited girls against Lancot Lionesses.
The girls moved the ball around the pitch brilliantly, and it was fantastic to see the understanding and teamwork they continue to build week after week.
β½ Goals came from Aariya, Bea and a special shoutout to Athina, who scored her first goal for the club after an incredible solo run!
π Player of the Match goes to Ruby, who challenged herself by playing in three different positions today and did a fantastic job in each one. ππ½

πβ½ ππ πππππ β½π | Buckingham FC Tournament
Tattenhoe Youth U7 Lions had a fantastic day out at the Buckingham tournament on Sunday! After a shaky start, the boys really grew into the games and beat some top quality outfits along the way.
The Lions gave it absolute everything today: phenomenal saves, unbelievable blocks, and superb team play from front to back.
We are unbelievably proud of their performances to reach the Cup final. To dominate the match and fall short to a cruel, last-minute goal is tough to take, but thatβs football! A massive thanks to the organisers and referees for a great day.
Heads high, boys! You were brilliant.
