2 experienced sensei's are providing, friendly, open aikido classes offered as part of the Kai Shin Kai (http://www.kaishinkai.co.uk/clubs.html) aikido school and the Open University Martial Arts Club (who can also offer Shotokan karate classes). All welcome; the only requirements to train are suitable clothes (gym kit, ideally with leg coverage such as leggings or jogging bottoms, is fine for new starters) and respect for each other in the dojo (and ideally outside of it too).

A bucket list experience ticked off today after a session at the home of aikido in Tokyo. What a fantastic start to the day.
