Lionhearts Cruising Club offers a unique boating experience on the Grand
Union Canal in Milton Keynes.
Located in the picturesque village of Great Linford, the club's low fees and
comprehensive amenities make it an attractive option for the boating enthusiast.
Membership encourages participation in a wide range of activities and fun
events, fostering a community spirit.
The club boasts a range of facilities including secure moorings, a slipway, paint
dock, and a clubhouse.
Additional amenities include car parking, toilets, sluice, organized cruises, and Wi-Fi access. Members are encouraged to engage in work parties to keep ourclub looking its best and keep our costs low.

VISIT THE FENNY CANAL FESTIVAL ON SATURDAY 6 AND SUNDAY 7 AUGUST!
Join IWA Milton Keynes Branch at this year's Fenny Canal Festival.
It takes place on the canal towpath at Fenny Stratford, south of the Watling Street bridge, and is open from 11am to 5pm each day. Festival entrance is at what3words ///final.wrong.stone
There’ll be a floating market, radio-controlled model boats, craft and charity stalls. The new MK Community Boat "Electra" will be visiting from its base at Campbell Park.
Admission is free, but donations to IWA Milton Keynes Branch will be gratefully accepted, and will be used in support of local waterway restoration schemes. At the IWA gazebo, see our huge waterway map, collect waterway info, take part in our raffle, and enjoy kids' activities.
Please note: Access is via towpath only. No parking on site - please park considerately in central Fenny Stratford.

Volunteer Bookings are Open for IWA Canalway Cavalcade 2022!
We are planning a full return of the event to be held over 30th April - 2nd May 2022 and need plenty of volunteers to make sure we can run the event smoothly and safely.
We are looking for volunteers to run the Information Stands, Collect Donations, Distribute Programmes, and assist the teams of Commercial, Entertainments, PA Announcements, Childrens Activities during the Saturday Sunday and Monday of the festival.

If you can spare some time before or after the festival, the Work Camp are always happy to welcome an extra pair of hands to help build the event on the Thursday and Friday and especially to dismantle the festival on the Monday evening and Tuesday morning.
