Looking to warm up for our big weekend of races?

Nuffield Health will be hosting a FREE gym session at the amphitheatre at Campbell Park tomorrow at 10:15am

This will be a fun full-body, bodyweight workout focusing on elevating the heart rate and developing muscle tone. It will be accessible to all fitness levels with downgrade options available.

The 30-minute session will consist of a warmup, the workout and a cool down.

Conditions look near perfect for running on both the Saturday and Sunday of the MK Autumn Run Weekend.

Not running? Bring the family along to the family fun day that includes fair ground rides, bouncy castle and some great food and drink.

There is still time to enter the 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon or a combination of them! Online entries close at 9am on Friday morning.
