A small look behind the scenes at a tournament week 👀
The work starts before we arrive, with a tournament blueprint designed around what that specific course is likely to ask of the player.
Being out on course to help with prep, work through strategy, feeding directly into the practice plan and performance games in the app 👩🏻💻
The games and structure are always there. What changes is how we configure them for that course, that player and that particular week.
This all started as an idea to create the kind of support and structure I would have loved to have had when I was playing.
A huge thank you to the brilliant players I work with for trusting me and being so open to building the system together 🙏🏻

Jo’s 6 Week Blueprint after we looked at her home course summary and identified the shots that actually influence her score.
One thing stood out immediately….
Wedges from 75-115 come up time and time again.
We’ve built her practice around those scoring opportunities.
Every session now has a purpose because it’s built around the shots she’ll actually face when she tees it up at her own golf club.
Your distances. Your home course. Your scoring opportunities. Your plan. 👊🏻
One thing I love about these session is that they’re never just about the golf swing.
Technical work, structured practice and strategy all have to work together if you want the changes to show up when it matters.
Some great work going in with last week. Now it’s about putting the plan into action. 👊🏻
A traditional golf lesson starts with the swing.
The 6 week Tour Blueprint starts with the golf course.
Luke plays off 7 and has huge length.
His home course assessment showed us where the real scoring opportunities are: a controlled tee shot, better wedge distances, pace putting calibration and clearer decisions over the ball.
Ask yourself one simple question:
“What do I actually want to do here?”
It’s impossible to eliminate every negative thought, but you can at least ask yourself the right questions within your pre shot routine.
Add in some structured practice built around the home course summary and we have the start of a system to help shoot lower scores.

Setting up the calibration station while completing a performance task. (Yes I was a tiny bit scared of getting my hand ripped off 😂)
A bit of experimenting, plenty of back and forth (were good at that) 💬
Faisal recently flew over from the Middle East for an in-person session after we’d spent the previous few months working together online.
A lot of really good technical work had already gone in, so this wasn’t a day of more technical work.
It was about adding the performance layer.
At some point better movement has to face a target, changing clubs, different situations, a score, and a little bit of consequence. That’s where we start finding out how well the technical work is transferring into actual golf.
Faisal went home went home with three structured performance-practice sessions, and a clear process for playing his game with the freedom he has earned from all of the work done on his swing previously.
Having also attended Stack & Tilt camp in Spain last year, he already has a strong understanding of the system behind the swing, and that means he’s becoming increasingly self sufficient, always the goal.
A really enjoyable day 👌🏻
Another week on the road at the Dutch Ladies Open.
Grateful to spend time around people who are chasing improvement every day, and equally grateful to be trusted to be part of that process. 🙏🏻
Another week on tour in Evian.
A lot of people think performance coaching is about finding answers. More often, it’s about helping players trust the answers they already have.
Elite golf is full of noise, expectations and uncertainty.
The goal is to create clarity.
Some days it’s discussing strategy, some days it’s reviewing practice priorities. Other days it’s simply being there to observe, listen and help a player stay focused on what matters.
Always grateful for the chance to walk alongside some incredible players as they chase their dreams 🙏🏻
