Hello everyone, please take the time to read and object these plans. Should the plans go ahead not only will this have a huge impact on traffic in our small towns and villages, more importantly this will affect people’s health and well-being. With increased traffic and pollution air quality will deteriorate and light pollution has been shown to have a significant detrimental impact on human health (even in low levels).

The developer’s proposals show the project to be net zero. How can this be when it will generate so much increased vehicle movement?
The site will be open, accessible, and floodlit 24 hours a day seven days a week. Some of the houses in Cosgrove will be 25m from the warehouses. Old Stratford will be looking out onto floodlit warehouses.
The purple shading in this image shows that the development will be visible from as far away as Stony Stratford, Wolverton, Castlethorpe, Yardley Gobion, Potterspury and Deanshanger, with the consequent light pollution.
