Making it through January and continuing your fitness journey.
Tip 1 - get a plan!
Fail to plan and plan to fail.
Having a plan even a bad one is better than walking around the gym aimlessly
Doing a bit here and there.
You’ll also progress way faster too!
Tip 2 - take a friend.
It can be scary going to the gym alone.
Having someone with you makes thing much easier.
Even when you might not do things correctly, atleast you’ll have some to laugh with you
Rather than feeling like everyone is lookin at you!
Tip 3 - lower your expectations.
People tend to think 1 month is enough to see results.
But long lasting results take time.
You will see improvements in a month but you have to be in it for the long haul.
Especially if you want to have a healthier and happy life!
