⚽️ Deddington Town Football Club Presentation Day 2026 🏆

Our season finale took place on 7 June at the Windmill Centre, featuring a fantastic six-a-side tournament followed by our annual awards presentation. More than 170 players were recognised for their dedication, commitment and achievements throughout the season.

As a passionate grassroots club, we are incredibly proud to be supported by our amazing volunteer coaches, committee members and officers. A huge thank you to everyone who attended, helped organise the day and made it such a memorable celebration.

A special congratulations to this year's award winners:
🏅 Chairman's Award – Roger Sykes

Roger has dedicated many years to Deddington Town FC through youth football, fundraising, pitch improvements, coaching, and supporting both coaches and players. He is known and respected by generations of families involved with the club, and this recognition is thoroughly deserved. Congratulations, Roger!

⚽ Matty Cowley Golden Boot Award – Thomas B. (U12s)

🏆 Brian Clarke Team of the Season Trophy – Under 11s

This new award was donated in memory of Brian Clarke, who devoted many years to both adult and youth football in Deddington. Congratulations to our Under 11s and their coaches, Keith, James, Matt, and Joe, on a fantastic season.

🏆⚽ Tournament Success for Deddington Town Colts U11s! ⚽🏆
Congratulations to both our Deddington Town Colts teams who took part in the Hook Norton JFC Summer Football Festival a few weeks ago.

A special well done to The Sharks, who capped off a fantastic day by winning the Plate Final! 🥇👏

We are incredibly proud of every player for their effort, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

A huge thank you to all our coaches and parents for their continued support, and to Hook Norton FC for organising and hosting a fantastic tournament.

What a day for our Under 15s at the Carterton Tournament! 🏆⚽

A clean sweep for the boys, with one team winning the Cup and the other bringing home the Plate. An incredible achievement and a fantastic reward for all their hard work throughout the season.

The Cup final against Banbury United was won on penalties after a brilliant contest. The character, teamwork and determination shown by every player today were outstanding.

A huge congratulations to all the players and coaches. We’re incredibly proud of you all!

This Sunday afternoon (7 June), the youth section of Deddington Town FC will host its annual Presentation Day at the Windmill.

We have asked all attending who live in the village and can walk to do so. For those travelling from outside the village, parking has been arranged at Deddington Primary School. We kindly ask visitors not to block traffic on Hempton Road or park inconsiderately on the residential streets surrounding the Windmill.

We hope any inconvenience to our neighbours is kept to a minimum and does not detract from what is a fantastic day of celebration for one of the largest youth and voluntary organisations in Deddington and the surrounding area.
