*motivation monday *

The last few weeks I haven't put a motivational quote post up as I haven't felt very motivated Myself. So I didn't want to be a social media hypocrite.

Today is a new day and a new week and I jumped out of bed with a bit more of a spring in my step.

I read this quote in a book I completed this morning called atomic habits and I'm planning on printing it out and putting it next to my bed to remind me to get the f out of bed and chase the day down.

I hope it resonates with you as it did with me.

I'm AJ.

A personal trainer for 9 years, sports massage therapist for 5 years and pilates instructor for 6 months. I love what I do and have such passion for my work in helping people.

I'm also Daddy / Dad to these 3 beautiful kids. My aim and goal in life is to guide them to have fulfilled, successful lives knowing they're loved by me.

We had a photoshoot last week from she's brilliant at what she does and I will be dropping more pics from the shoot over the next couple of weeks.
