Deep squat practice daily and maybe add a little rotation. This will keep joints mobile. Remember whatever mobility you have it’s pointless if you don’t have the strength to get into and out of that position. Squat daily.

2023 was a rollercoaster year. What started well turned into a physical a mental tornado and yet still managed to achieve most goals which is amazing! From working in toxic environments, dealing with depression, knocking down buildings and getting an extension built, changing of school, developing personal business and starting to work in sports Physio and the list goes on.
Finished the year with covid and vomiting bug!
I reflect on what I and we achieved despite the challenges, I think the challenges can change you in a positive or negative way. I choose positive.
If it comforts you then it does not challenge you, only through challenge do we get change.
Happy 2024
