Hey guys, I hope you’re all keeping well! 😊

Just wanted to let you know that my daughter Aleyna has organised a family day out this Saturday at the Shoulder & Mutton in Little Harwood. It’s such a lovely little country pub.

If you’re free on Saturday afternoon and fancy coming along for a couple of drinks, you’re more than welcome! I’ll be there with Karl and Alex, so if you’re able to pop in, say hi and, of course, show Aleyna bit of support, that would be lovely. ❤️

I’m actually really curious to see what she’s organised and how she’s put it all together! 😂

Hopefully I’ll see some of you there on Saturday afternoon. Would be lovely to catch up!

Hey everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. ❤️

I know I’ve been away for quite a while. I honestly just needed some time out. Life hasn’t been particularly easy for me lately, and I’ve been struggling more than I’d like to admit.

But I’ve realised just how much I’ve missed Zumba. Not for weight loss, not just for fitness but for my mental health. Zumba has always been such a huge part of my happiness, and being without it has made me realise how much I need it back in my life. ❤️

So… ARE YOU READY?! 😍

And I genuinely cannot wait to see you all again, dance with you, go completely crazy and have the kind of fun we used to have! 😂💃🔥

But I need to know who’s still with me! 🙌

I completely understand that it’s been a long time and some of you may have joined gyms, started different classes or simply changed your routines.

So please, please let me know if I bring Zumba back, will you be coming? ❤️

Your answers will help me decide whether to restart Tuesdays and Thursdays or whether it’s time to leave the classes behind.

I really hope I’ll be seeing lots of your familiar faces again. 🥰

The event is a women's 50 mile bike ride in and around Milton Keynes taking in some local rugby clubs along the 50 mile route.
