So yesterday I had a nice little pedal in Aviemore from our campsite at Glenmore. A very well made family friendly cycle path running right through the beautiful woodland with so much to see. Many many variations of Fungi along the route, some amazing views over to Loch Morlich (highest beach in the Highlands) and rewarded with a nice pint on the return journey at a very pleasant Pub/shop/ski hire business.

Love Scotland and how much it has to offer with the great outdoors ❤️❤️

The Hope Technology Ltd hats have come into their own today on the Isle of Skye…Wind and rain coming sideways and these little beauties kept us very warm. Couple these with the use of the Madison waterproof jackets with hoods and we were well covered for the elements.

Imagine getting all the way to Fort William and head to the Nevis range only to find they don’t run the DH tracks on a Wednesday…who would be so silly you ask? Well, in short, me!!!! If only I had the ability to check these things first…..🧐🤭 Oh well, guess I will have to come back another time…,oh no🥳

Anyway, we still went up and had a coffee and a cake and a little wander round. How the hardcore amongst you ride that orange run is absolutely beyond me. 💪💥

Nice to see our friends at Muc-Off have a lovely wrapped vending machine and that the awesome bunch over Madison in have got there sponsorship all over the gaff 🥰🔥

Glencoe Mountain Resort aboard the Hope Technology Ltd 916…what can I say, the weather has so far played ball, the red run is a red with droplets of a black run within it. I must say the red is as far as I can go, the black here is somewhat known for being a wee bit tricky. Happy Tuesday everyone…

Today we have been up in Scotland supporting a close friend who has taken on a huge challenge and absolutely smashed it. 💪💥🥳

A huge congratulations are in order for Jess Rainbow Lathwell who completed a mega 23 mile swim across the length of Loch Lomond. 💪💪

Starting at 4:30 this morning in 16 degree waters she battled the elements and came romping home in a staggering 13hr 16 minutes to complete the epic challenge.
The weather at the end was far from ideal and the water temp had dropped to around 15 degrees.

Jess is tired and cold but absolutely over the moon with her achievement 🥰🥰

All of her hard work and dedication was to raise money for the amazing Willen Hospice Milton Keynes 💚

If you can spare a pound for Jess and her massive achievement she will be ever so greatful 🙏🥰
