If you’re interested in getting fit, meeting new people & having fun, come along to our sessions! We welcome beginners, so come and give it a go!
Korfball is a fun mixed team sport (4 men and 4 women on each team). It has some similarities to basketball and netball, but with a few unique rules. The main difference is that you'll need to lose your defender in order to shoot (usually by getting past them/closer to the post or by dropping away to make space). In the winter we train indoors with (optional) league matches on Sundays ( at Shenley

A tough couple of matches, but we pull together!! The 1s fought hard, but in the end paid for their own mistakes. The 3s showed moments of brilliance against the stronger side on the day.
