Our next Clean & Jerk workshop runs on Sunday 24th March.

How do our workshops run?

We go through four components in the workshop:
1) Introduction to technical model
2) Warm-up & progression sequences
3) Evaluating your own lifting & correcting errors
4) Individual development

By time, it's very practical biased but this is blended with a little screen-based (20-30 mins) learning to break up the day.

A great jumping on point for beginners as we work through the lift from top to bottom.

However, intermediate-advanced level lifters will probably find more value with specific tips, tweaks and a deeper level of understanding.

Please drop me a message if you have any questions!
