Hey lovely people!!👋
I haven’t been too active on here because I’ve been sooo busy, so wanted to say a massive thank YOU for that, as it’s because of all of YOU having sessions, I have had the best month because of it🫶
Last Thursday marked the end of block one/all our sessions for June and WE have come to a well deserved, rest week as I head to Geneva, Switzerland. ✈️
Sessions resume next Thursday the 11th of July🗓️
I have spoken to all clients about using this week as a rest from the intensity, as well as working on those troublesome areas, so when we see each other on the 11th things will still have improved and we can keep the upward trajectory 📈
As I say CONSISTENCY IS KEY. 🔑
Doesn’t matter if you have no weights at home...
Bodyweight exercises are fantastic!
Do some squats, lunges, calf raises, planks or the more specialised exercises like leg extensions and kicks.
Maybe even just go on a walk, a jog or I do love some sprints 😉
Also have a good stretch!!🙆♀️🧘♀️

Consistency is key🔑
In our sessions I will talk all about the how important repetition and practise is, and how little and often will benefit you exponentially towards your goals🏅🏃♀️💪
Dancers working with me will be given an exercise to work on, in between our sessions that they can try to do everyday (even multiple times😉) at ease and doesn’t take too long. From there, we can build this up and see just what consistency can do!!🤩
