“Things never change.”

That’s biologically, spiritually, and universally impossible.

You’re not a finished product.
You’re a process.
A constant rewiring.

If the world can reorganise itself, so can your life.

If nature gets to reinvent itself every single day, why wouldn’t you?

Today is not a repeat.

It’s a chance to redirect the trajectory - even if it’s by 1%.
