This can affect injury rehabilitation and recovery. If your digestive system and/or organs are inflamed then your muscles will not respond the way you want them to. Your body will prioritise, it can live without a limb (Bicep) but not will out a stomach or a liver etc.

This is where the country is heading!
Obesity has increased by 20% over the past 20 years!
With all the information out there should'nt this fugure be moving backwards? Most people have the wrong idea about movement, fitness and dietary habits!
How much would you pay me so you don't end up like the family in the picture?

Diets
