I have been working with Glenn for exactly 12 months.
Glenn signed up to my online coaching platform having been training for some years under a few different coaches and really felt he wasn’t getting anywhere despite doing everything he was instructed to do. This then turned into a hybrid style plan where I would train Glenn in person once a week.
Glenn’s discipline and determination to change his physique certainly has paid off as you can see.
He completes every single variable I ask of him without fail, he has never missed a weekly check in and has grafted hard no end despite having some nasty set backs with injuries but he gets s**t done!
All this at the age of 57!
Nothing is impossible!
This is only the start!
