MKCA is open to participants of all ages and abilities. We serve both competitive and recreational training purposes, and also offer special needs classes.

MKCA offers competitive, recreational and special needs training sessions in cheerleading, dancing, ninja and tumbling, at our state-of-the-art facility in Milton Keynes Sessions are led by our outstanding team of certified coaches, who strive to deliver the best for all of our athletes. We operate a schools programme, tumbling, flexibility and conditioning classes, as well as being available for hire at parties and events!
