Our junior group classes our now closed for the summer break! Please keep an eye out for information on our summer sessions, have a great break! 😎😎

A friendly reminder that our MK SNAP classes are closed this evening (Monday 6th July) due to staff training. Our holmwood classes are unaffected

This Week (Saturday 4th – Friday 10th July), we are opening the doors of our junior classes to our dancers’ parents, guardians and family members. This will give you the opportunity to see your dancer’s progression and see the new work we are preparing.

We will also be presenting the awards from our IDTA exam session in May this year

n.b. Please note that due to staff being away for training there will be no Saturday or Monday Freestyle Elite or Monday Musical Theatre classes on the week of the 4th of July. The open week for Musical theatre will take place on Monday 13th July

Due to the extreme weather warning and excessive heat, we have made the decision to change the venue of our Thursday sessions tomorrow afternoon/evening as the Medbourne pavilion does not have air-conditioning or fans.

Tomorrow evenings sessions (Thursday 25th June) will now take place at MK SNAP, Walnut Tree, MK7 7DE (the same venue as our exams) at the same times as currently scheduled (Super Movers 4.30-5.00pm and Freestyle Commercial 5.05-5.45pm). This venue has great air-conditioning in both the dance studio and the waiting area. When you arrive at this venue, please come to the studio fire doors, which are located to the far left of the main entrance, for access.

If dancers are unable to get across to this venue, you are welcome to pick up an extra session at our Friday classes, which take place at the Shenley Leisure Centre, Shenley Church End, MK5 6HF (Super movers 5.15-5.55pm and Freestyle Commercial 6.00-6.55pm). This venue also has great air-conditioning in the studio space.

Classes will resume at Medbourne pavilion as normal from next week.

As the weather gets hotter we want to reassure you of the steps we are taking to keep you all dancing throughout the heatwave:
• Our MK SNAP and shenley studios have fantastic air-con which will be used throughout sessions.
• for our venues that don’t have air-con, we will be editing our class content to make sure it is safe and appropriate for the heat.
• we ask that dancers bring plenty of water, we are happy to refill bottles where we can.
• We ask that if dancers are wearing shorts or other summer clothes, to make sure that they are supportive and offfer sufficient coverage for dancing.
