I can’t believe our little divas are 2️⃣ today 🎉 , and also that there are so many other things that leave me gazing In wonderment at our pooch this morning:
🐾 Like the fact that 2 years ago ‘we’d like a dog’ was a conversation & I hadn’t shared with anyone else yet (and when we did the shock & horror was hilarious 🤣)
🐶That I was a waaaaay stricter human parent than I am puppy mum (Josh & will confirm this)!
🩷That alllllllll the rules I couldn’t believe people break - I break on the daily 🤦🏼♀️
📔 That I have to organise Mabel’s diary for the year now too & analyse her thoughts on the daily !!
🤣That the account I share most on instagram involves an AI golden doodle being interviewed and it brings me a ridiculous amount of joy 🤣
😘That I’ve spent hours cooking rice, eggs & chicken when she’s poorly, fed her from a spoon and bought many different toys (because dinosaurs 🦕 are her favourite) and she needs to be snuggly 😉
🤎That this little 4 legged friend has added a whole new dimension to our lives and that we love her (and her titch little sister ) this much !!!❤️
🤦🏼♀️That I cross the road to say good morning to her friend Rufus (or he looks sad) & that I’m obsessed with the gorgeously stoic behaviour of her friend Jason the greyhound 🤣
💇♀️ That I’ve been traumatised by one groomer (and bullied 🤣) but that without Mabel I wouldn’t even know Sarah or live the stories of her very own Bear Grylls on the weekly !!!
🎉 That today there’ll be puppy cake & presents 🎁

If you don’t know this lady you can see from the picture that she has a smile that lights up every room she enters. If you do know her, then you’ll also be aware that she has a soul that does the same. She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and sincere humans I have ever met and she takes care of this FitFam in a way that we all appreciate beyond measure. Not a single morning goes by when she doesn’t check in with me, always ready to share her positivity, gratitude & love.🧡
Now if you work out with me you know how I roll - EVERYTHING we do has a deep and meaningful reason, whether it’s supporting your strength, energy, mobility or future health, but there’s always a gorgeously shallow motivation there too: big birthday, new outfit, summer bikini - take your pick, I’m down with all the things !!!! 👙

Hey gorgeous ones
It’s pretty warm you know (you’re impressed with my powers of observation, I can tell!) but we are open as usual so here are some top tips to stay safe whilst completing your home workouts 🏋️♀️
💧 Hydrate: Frequent sips not big glugs and then a massive gap ! Keep your water to hand before, during & after class.
😎 Set up a shaded, well ventilated space. We can’t cool the world, at least cool your corner (and maybe consider a new space in the house if your usual one is a hot spot!)
✅ Pre-work setup: Have water, towel, and a light snack ready about 20–30 minutes before class.
🥵 Pacing and safety: If you feel dizzy or overly fatigued, take a break and resume at a comfortable pace.
⭐ Modifications: We’ll make easy modifications for all moves—no one gets left behind.
Cool-down: Plan for a longer cooldown and gentle mobility.
