It's a very hot one today. If your planning to attend training please make sure to bring water.

Just a reminder of our summer training hours.

We'll be combining Mondays 2 classes into 1 class at 5.30pm. This should ensure with the reduced student numbers we usually see over the summer everyone has plenty of freinds to train with.

So the next Monday class at 6.30pm with be on the 16th September.

Monday classes are back to normal this week.

Remember gradings are in class next week, if your not sure when yours is please ask this week. Final decions will be made as ro who is able to grade in lessons this week.

Update on September grading. ***changes from yesterday's class announcement ***

As some of you are aware Shenley Leisure Centre has been forced to close their gymnasium where we usually take gradings. This means the September grading will be slightly different.

Tiny Tigers (white with coloured stripe)
Please attend Shenley Leisure Centre at 8.30am on the 16th September, grading in the Annex (small room on the side of the pub/bar)

Monday Ashbrook 18th 5.30pm White-Red belts

Monday Ashbrook 18th 6.30pm brown belts and mocks

Wed 20th (either Ashbrook or Holmwood, location to be confirmed) 5.30pm White - purple and white belts.

We know this is quite late notice but we've only been informed by Shenley recently. An alternative location will be found for the December grading.

Just a reminder classes go back to normal starting week of 11th September.

So this week we are 6pm at Ashbrook on Monday, 5.30pm Ashbrook on Wednesday.

I will confirm with Holmwood that we can return the next week and update you once I hear back from the school.

Just a reminder Mondays classes are combined into one class over the summer at 6pm. We'll see you tonight.
