A few snaps of of everyone last Saturday 📸

Our Runner of the Week this week was the mighty Abdallah who smashed it out the park (well the manor 😅)

Special mention to mini gaffer this week who pushed himself hard this week and impressed the whole team, a full on effort from when he’s not trying to self-diagnose himself or mistaking a stitch for a heart attack 🤣

Just an FYI we are now also running mid week 🔥

MID-WEEK RUNS ARE FINALLY HERE! 🤩

We’ve been trialing this exclusively for the last two weeks with the to see what numbers are looking like and giving members a chance to provide some feedback. 🙌

Now with the weather getting colder and the days getting shorter, it now means every mid week run has to be alone! 💛

Join us on our first ever OFFICIAL mid week run @ StadiumMK and EVERY TUESDAY NIGHT 🤩

🔁 EVERY Tuesday

Last Saturday the welcomed back a few familiar faces with the gaffer being away.

We welcomed Rashel and Rayhan back into the fold after a stint away with welcoming hands 🙌🏽

With Ali and Sultan leading the pack, Akthar pushed as he always does in the middle, keep the front honest and the tails something to aim to achieve 🥇

The family have really been tearing up the tarmac recently with their motivation to be in the best possible shape for the Silverstone Half 🤩

We’ve been trialing a couple things recently mid-week so watch this space 👀

Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge = COMPLETED 🤩

A massive well done to our very own Subhan and Sultan AKA ARC’s SAS (who even are Suarez and Sturridge btw) smashing through their 6 week Al-Karim Run Club challenge!

Since the boys have come in they have really kept eachother honest and pushing one another when leading the pack.

A massive well done with both now signing up to their first race- we can’t wait to see where their running journey goes and we are happy to be part of it! 💛

This Saturday had seen another week where the gaffer and Ali turned up early to tackle the tarmac and make sure it was rearing to go when the turned up for the run club 🤩

We also had another debut in Manu, who apart from being one of MK’s finest ballers, showed himself to be a serious stepper and fit right into the leading pack with the dynamic duo of SAS, well now should we say Trio (Sultan, Ali, Subhan) ☘️

A massive mention to Akthar, Iqbaal, and Syid who kept their presence known and were hot on the heels of the Ali leading the back ft Abdallah who we had caught once up again at the finish line 🔥

Although the gaffer hit his PB for this year, the runner of the week had to go to Ali. Started off with an extra few K in the bank and lead the pack with his 4th Run at the Club with an amazing performance. 🔔

Feel free to join us again this Saturday as we tackle the manor once more 🤩
