Alhamdulillah, on a lovely day like this, we just wanted to wish the mini gaffer a massive happy birthday today from the 😍

Last Saturday and another succesful run club ✅

With the heat really turning up towards the end, the really smashed out tarmac and supported eachother like a true family do! 💛

A massive well done to Triple S we should say this time- the terrific trio of Sayid, Subhan, and Sultan all completing the 6-week Al-Karim Run Club Challenge! 🏃‍♂️💨 they’re OG Tee’s are on the way as we have had to order another restock 🤩

With only a few of us last week, the kept pushing eachother on a warm Saturday whilst the weather was picking up!

Another great run out with Subhan now one week away from completing his Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge!

He was kept honest throughout with Hafiz pushing him hard!

Another amazing run with the chalked off! 🤩

Yesterday had seen the return of Hafiz, after a stint on the physios table. But he was welcomed back like a hero to lead the pack as he has been taking in his stride this year 🔥

It also had seen our up and coming Sayid blast through his 5th run of the Al-Karim Run Club 6 week challenge!

The boys got the work in early to enjoy their weekend!

Our runner of the week was the returning Hafiz who now has his name on a brew owes to him by the gaffer! ☕️

Gentle reminder that we are not running next week but will be back to business on the 18th July 🏃‍♂️

Football Fever ⚽️

With the Football Fever (or Hay, or both) in full effect with the the decided to rock their bets jerseys out!

It was a lovely and warm (very warm, indeed) welcome back to our very own Super Jack! Mini gaffer decided to take the opportunity to interview him as to why he was away 🎤

A super well done to our runner of the week Sayid; chalking off his 4th run and smashing his PB as he kept with Akthar! 🔔

It was a super hot day so well done to all that came today; stay hydrated and we will see you all again next weekend! 🔥

Also…. IT’S COMING HOME (maybe, we can dream) 🤩

New names on the team sheet 🔥

With a few of the on international duty this weekend and mini gaffer away on an invite to a birthday party (the games fully gone right?!) it meant new names on the sheet and a warm welcome to Nawaf 🔥

With a 10K race booked in a few weeks time and already pushing the tarmac hard, it’s going to nice for us to get behind the newest member 🏃‍♂️💨

What a way to start the weekend finished by a nice coffee and catch up (and brekky, which we didn’t plan at all 🤥)

All PB’s No Jelly 🪼

With the weather being sunny with a beautiful breeze this morning, it was deffo one for PB’s 🏃‍♂️💨

With Mini Gaffer and Marcie boy trailing and the new formed SAS in Subhan and Sultan leading the pack, the were ready than ever to crack out another run under their belt!

SAS secured their 3rd meeting the halfway point in the ARC 6 week challenge with Rashel picking up his 2nd Cap!

PB for Sultan and Subhan, smashing that sub 30 mark and Akthar made a honest man out of Iqbaal, helping him smash his fastest round of the manor yet! 🔥

Speaking of Iqbaal, he managed to secure our Runner of the Week with that performance. We asked him to act like he’s been here before but in true gunner fashion, he asked for the whole works and a guard of honour 🤣

Another Saturday run club completed this weekend with the 🤩

This weekend had seen the new duo come to light in SAS (might be the new ARC Suarez and Sturridge) in Sultan and Subhan. Both returning back for their second run out with the family and keeping eachother honest with their lap around the manor which reflected on us having 2 Runners of the week this week! 🙌

We had also seen Sayid chalk off his 3rd run, only 3 runs away from completing the 6 week Al-Karim Run Club Challenge 🔥

And it was all about the PB’s no jelly, with the current king of PB’s and Crocs, Akthar smashing his previous ones from last week 💨

With the weather so hot, an impressive turn out by the again to get some serious steps in 🔥

A warm welcome to Rashel and Subhan, who absolutely smashed it on their first run with us! Subhan not running in a good few years, kept the gaffer honest with their 5K and Rashel with Iqbaal 🤩

It was only right for our very own Akeel to be the first person to ring that PB bell, shaving off another two minutes, showing how far he has come and how much he is improving 🏃‍♂️ he also got to see Marcie boy out of work which meant their love grows fonder 👀🤣

Saving the best until last, our runner of the week was Akthar, forgetting his shoes but still keeping Akeel honest for his lap around in his crocs 😭 Crocs, sponsor our boy 🤩
