Lots of passing & receiving, footwork and ball striking. We particularly focused on techniques that would work the flexibility in Lucas hips. This is so important for improving those twisting & turning movements and those clever, disguised reverse passes 🔥⚽️

Henry is improving all the time, his feints & step overs are up there with the best I’ve see for any age 👏💯🤩 Still only 8 years old, loads more to come from this little man! Lots of work in yesterday’s session focused around changing direction at speed. His arm movements are really starting to develop as well 🔥⚽️
