Back to it after the Easter break and WOW… what a session! 🔥

The players came in full of energy, big smiles, and ready to go — you could tell they’d been waiting to get back on the court! The vibes were high from start to finish.

Nothing beats being back outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and those longer, lighter evenings 🌅

The players brought the energy, diving into some super fun (and competitive!) netball-themed games—plenty of laughs, big smiles, and amazing teamwork all round. It’s been so awesome to see just how much every player has grown and developed over the season… we’re so proud of you all!

That was a cold, foggy start to our Sunday 😊

Fantastic effort today, players! We tried out some new position combinations, and you all adapted brilliantly.

Despite having a big squad, everyone got valuable time on court to build experience and confidence.

There was some great gameplay across the court — strong drives for the ball and some cracking interceptions 👏

Defence, defence, defence 🛡️💪

Last night was all about bringing the intensity on defence! We mixed things up with some “Gladiators” gauntlet runs — and the players absolutely delivered, not just with effort but with some brilliant creative Gladiator names 😂. Plenty of laughs, great energy, and fantastic team spirit all round 😃

Our Junior Dragons also got involved in supporting Red Nose Day, proudly donating to such an amazing cause as a club ❤️

Shooting and creating space was the focus of the game last night, and the girls did a fantastic job! Their movement and understanding of how to get into space was great to see. It’s amazing to watch how much every player has grown this season and, most importantly, how much they’re loving their netball.

Tonight’s session was all about footwork, passing, and meeting the ball.

The players worked incredibly hard on their passing drills, focusing on moving into space and driving onto the ball with confidence and control. It was great to see their awareness and movement improving throughout the session.

They then carried this into match play, where they really showed their understanding of using space effectively. Brilliant effort and teamwork from everyone tonight 👏
