Wadoryu is a Karate style with elements of Jujitsu so as well as being a karate style and great for building fitness and body strenght the style is strong on teaching self defence including some skills in throwing, locking & sweeping, we teach Suzuki Ha Knife and sword defence and in general our pairwork is rich and versatile, you can try Wadoryu Karate on Sundays from 2pm starting from Sunday February 15th, classes are for adults and teenagers starting from age 11, to make an enquiry please get in touch, we look forward to hearing from you
