13/11/18 - 100th 640 Run π
Great to hit that milestone tonight, and to do it in style with a record group. Thanks to all.
We need to start looking at the 2 year anniversary / Christmas meal. I plan to go to The Ship again, and suggest the first Tuesday in December (after the run). Who's in? I will post up on the thread later in the week and get a list together to make the booking.

24/07/18 (Progressive)
My splits - almost on target, and just about progressive. Mind you, when someone ahead of me gets looped back for after running a 6:17 mile, you know the pacing has gone a little wonky. (Paul CJ) π

A much appreciated dip in temperature this evening made for a more enjoyable 4. Great to have 9 of us out. William has posted the link for the Bedford 10K event this Friday on the Messenger thread for anyone interested - I'm up for it and can provide transport from MK.
Nextl week we'll take a 4 mile 'progressive' run from DL - hope to see you there.
And keep your eyes peeled for next year's 'Love Trails Festival' (cheers Kieron) - we should defo get ourselves signed up for that. (Paul CJ)
1/07/18 - OU 10K
So great running from the group. I found it pretty tough but you guys smashed it. Iβll post up my splits for reference later.
Next week weβre back to normal with a 4 mile jaunt at Willen. (Paul CJ) π

Willen 4 - very hot. Sensible running called for. Stats for reference.
Next week we're back to DL for the 5 mile (summer) route as a warm-up for the following week's away day at the OU 10K (July 4th). Hope to see you all there. (Paul CJ) π

5 miler tonight (7 running), thanks to Rich D for leading due to my illness. I'm pretty sure I'll be back for next week (a 4 mile route from DL). Good luck to those running Weedon (Paul CJ) π

Willen lake reps session led by Ben (thank-you). I think that should be a regular thing - felt beneficial in that painful, hard-work kind of way.
Next week we're at DL for the 5 miler.
NB - I've mentioned on the thread and in person this evening about imminent Tuesday events on the horizon: the first of these is the Weedon 10k (26/6), then the OU 10k (10/7). Also the Millbrook Mad 5k (not until September, but places are limited). I'll mention these again on the Messenger thread - the OU is a definite and will be our July 'away day, same for Millbrook for September', Weedon we can do if there's sufficient interest, so make yourself heard if you've a preference.

So it turned into a bit of a quick one :-). Splits for reference. Ben ran the last mile sub 5...
Next week we're at DL for either some speed work, or a 6 miler (with 4 and 5 dropout points). We can decide tomorrow on the thread, so post up your preference. (Paul CJ)

Furzton & Teardrops away day. Soggy in parts but otherwise a pretty decent track. Good running - stick with it Warren. We were a little up on the paces, something of a progressive run as it turned out (see below). Next week back to DL (Paul CJ)

22/05/18 (7 running)
Our first 'progressive' run on the 4 mile stretch at Willen (splits for reference). I think it's a good addition to the standard fayre - any thoughts?
Next week we're meeting at the pub on Furzton Lake (Shirwell Cres, Furzton MK4 1GA), and we'll take a 4 mile route around Tear Drops. Hope to see you all there (Paul CJ) π
