Most people think creatine is a supplement for 25-year-olds trying to add size. After 40, that's the least interesting thing it does.

Dr. Darren Candow at the University of Regina has spent years researching creatine in older adults. The muscle and strength benefits are real. But a meta-analysis found it also improved memory performance in healthy adults, with the strongest effects in people over 66. Cool post, showing the difference between the High Bar & Low Bar Back squat. The Low bar tends to be more 'knee-friendly' and focuses more on the posterior chain. This works more of the body and, with the correct technique, increases the weight that can be lifted πŸ’ͺ
