I am a qualified Yoga Teacher with The British Wheel of Yoga. My personal aim to share the benefits of yoga in a friendly and relaxed environment.
I run regular Yoga and Relaxation classes at
Rhosesmor Village Hall, Rhosesmor, Nr. Mold
All welcome - I tailor the class to my students' individual needs. Feel free to get in touch for more information or just come along and give it a go. We're a friendly group who always welcome beginners and new members. Please contact Karen for course dates. I am also available for private tuition, private events and yoga festivals. Community Hospital) £30 for 4 consecutive classes or £9.50 per
drop in session. 7pm-8.30pm
Tuesday Zoom Yoga at Home (please request a one click link
for your device). £7 per class 7pm-8.30pm or class recordings £7.00.
Thursday-Rhosesmor Village Hall 7.00pm-8.30pm pay as you
go Yoga class £8.50 or £30 for 4 consecutive classes.
