Lake of Tranquility - Leeswood

Polite Reminder - please ensure that when fishing with us that you have read the lake rules and that rigs etc are set up accordingly.
Our bailiffs have come across a few anglers recently using barbed hooks and also some with no rig tubing and lack of carp care kit.

If the rig set up is not correct the bailiffs may ask you to stop your session.

Introducing another of our Bailiffs, Martyn.

Martyn joined our bailiff team this season.
With 20+years of fishing experience he has already been helping anglers with rig set ups and advice.
You may see him fishing or just popping down to have a walk round, carrying out rig checks and chatting to the anglers.

With the weather set to be nice this weekend we still have some pegs available for both 24hr and 48hr sessions.

We have come across a lot of anglers using landing mats with NO sides.

Please be reminded all landing mats/cradles MUST have sides to ensure the safety of the fish whilst on the bank.

This makes up part of our lakes rules which are asked to be read prior to fishing with us.

Although we have cradles that can be hired for your session these are limited and must be pre booked.

Dips can be found at the lakeside cabin. All CRADLES and NETS must be dipped at the start of your session. Thank you

Alex "The Carp Whisperer"
I have been fishing for 35 years, started as a child with my Grandad, been fishing the lake for around 5 years and on second year of being a Bailiff at Tranquility.
My go to bait is a garlic glugged bottom bait fished over a mixed pellet pva mesh , If you see me about at the lake and need help with anything give me a shout
