The end of a busy week for both teams saw Maryfield Ambers A and AYFC Blues both visit Monifieth.

Both our Reds and Blues played some entertaining football, with plenty of excellent teamwork on show from all the kids.

This morning the Blues and Reds travelled to Dawson Park to take on Ferry Athletic. Both teams played some excellent football and as always showed a tremendous attitude despite the not so favourable weather.

Yesterday, the squad, along with the coaches took part in a 3k sponsored run to help raise team funds. They started near to the rock gardens in Broughty Ferry and finished just past the Monifieth Athletic pavilion.
Everyone had a lot fun and as well as raising funds, it helped to continue to build a team spirit.
Thanks to everyone who volunteered their time to help out, it was very much appreciated.

A fantastic home matchday for the Monifieth Athletic 2017s!
Both squads put in brilliant performances on home turf, with the Reds taking on Lochee and the Blues facing off against DUSC.
Both teams played some excellent football and showed tremendous spirit from the first whistle to the last. Outstanding effort and sportsmanship from every player—a great day of football all around!

Another early start last weekend for both teams, travelling to the capital to play in the Edinburgh Cup.

Despite a long day, both teams were full of energy, quality football and teamwork.
