WAY to busy doing kettlebell workouts to get there in time for Mondays class at 6:15pm but I will be there Friday 9am and if anyone wants to brave the heat and have a fully-air-conditioned workout Wednesday or Thursday morning or both let me know x

For those of you that know it, the new venue is left round the building - in the main building opposite Shampooch.

Please can you park in the main carpark at the front of the building and walk round.

All timings, etc remain the same:
* Kids (6- 13): 6-6:45pm
* Adults (14+): 7-8:15pm
* Optional Sparring: 8:15-8:45pm

All classes are held upstairs in the gym and no shoes are to be worn upstairs. Please take your shoes off before coming up and either leave them under the stairs or carry them up.
