And that's a wrap! A massive congratulations to all of the gymnasts that took part in our first Beginners trampoline course. From never stepping onto a trampoline to completing routines is no easy feat!

Massive thanks to Wye Media for the amazing certificates. Definitely recommend if you are needing printing to a high standard!

What a brilliant day for Monmouth Flyers 💙

We had 9 performers competing today, coming away with 3 golds, 3 bronzes and a 4th place - a fantastic set of results and a huge well done to everyone who represented the club. Well done, Flyers! 👏🤸

But days like today are about so much more than medals. For several of our gymnasts, this was one of their very first experiences of competition: getting out onto the trampoline, remembering their routine, performing in front of judges and an audience, and taking those first little steps into the sport.

We're incredibly proud of all nine of our performers today - whether they came home with a medal, overcame some nerves, or simply got up there and gave it a go.

A massive thank you to Freefallers Trampoline Club for putting on another fantastic grassroots competition. Events like these give young gymnasts the chance to experience competition in such a positive, welcoming environment, and they really are invaluable.

👀 Fflic has come to visit us at Monmouth Flyers!

…or have they?

We’re beginning to suspect this might actually be Fflic’s long-lost cousin. 🤔

The only problem is… they don’t have a name yet.

So we need your help! Drop your best name suggestions in the comments below 👇

We’ll be using your suggestions in our Guess the Name game at our next fundraiser - so your name could end up on the grid! 💙

Please come support us and have fun at our quiz night. Thanks to Michelle for organising 👏🏻
