Roedd yn hyfryd gweld cymaint o blant yn archwilio, creu a mwynhau eu hunain trwy chwarae. Mae chwarae yn cael ei ddewis a'i arwain yn rhydd gan y plant eu hunain. Mae'n digwydd pan fydd plant yn dilyn eu syniadau a'u diddordebau eu hunain, yn eu ffordd eu hunain ac am eu rhesymau eu hunain.

Diolch i bawb a ymunodd â ni ac a helpodd i wneud y diwrnod mor arbennig. 🎉

We had so much fun at our Playday event last week! 😊

It was wonderful to see so many children exploring, creating, and enjoying themselves through play. Play is freely chosen and led by children themselves. It happens when children follow their own ideas and interests, in their own way and for their own reasons.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special. 🎉

Hot Weather Information - Temperatures on Wednesday 12th August and Thursday 13th August are expected to exceed 30°C.

- Magor Stay and Play, Wednesday 12th August (Morning Session) will still go ahead.
To help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, the following measures will be in place:

💠No physically strenuous activities will be planned
💠Please make sure you are having regular drink breaks
💠Calm, indoor activities will be offered

-Bulwark Stay and Play - Wednesday 12 August (Afternoon Session)

Unfortunately, this session has been cancelled due to the expected high temperatures during the afternoon. Thank you for your understanding.

🎉Ardal Chwarae newydd Pant y Castell yn agor yng Nghas-gwent - New Castle Dell Play Area opens in Chepstow 🎉

Work has been completed on the new Castle Dell Play Area in Chepstow. - Families can now enjoy a transformed play area following the completion of a major improvement project, delivered through partnership working between Monmouthshire County Council, Friends of Dell Park Chepstow and Chepstow Town Council.

Mae chwarae yn digwydd fan yma, fan draw a phob man, o ystafelloedd byw i glwydi ysgol, i strydoedd, parciau a chymdogaethau. Mae’n rhan o fywyd bob dydd plant ac yn cael effaith enfawr ar eu hapusrwydd, iechyd a llesiant. This year’s theme highlights the importance of creating opportunities for children to play wherever they are. Play happens here, there and everywhere, from living rooms to school gates, to streets, parks, and neighbourhoods. It’s a part of children’s everyday life, and has a monumental impact on their happiness, health, and wellbeing. When children are supported to play in these everyday spaces, we help nurture positive outcomes and create communities where children can thrive.

Tomorrow is our National Play Day event at Caldicot Leisure Centre! 🎉
Yfory yw ein digwyddiad Diwrnod Chwarae Cenedlaethol yng Nghanolfan Hamdden Cil-y-coed! 🎉

We’re so excited for our event tomorrow! Just a few bits of information to share before the day: There will be lots of activities throughout the day, so feel free to drop in for the full day or just a few hours, Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and don’t forget, there will be messy play activities, so please dress accordingly! If you’re local to the Leisure centre we encourage you to walk on down to join in the fun but if you are driving, please use the Caldicot Comprehensive car park and avoid the leisure centre car park, as it’s reserved for leisure centre customers.
