A massive shout out to our wonderful client Jan on completing the Great North Run and rising money for the dogs trust.

She won’t mind me saying that she was a little nervous about this and had been doubting her life choices as it’s the furthest and biggest run she would have ever done. But she has always been consistent with her training and giving 100%.

All the hard work has definitely paid off as she absolutely smashed it.

What an achievement. Well done Jan we are super proud of you. ☀️
