🏆 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 🏆
What a fantastic finals day! This will be a long post but please read until the end and share your experience or show your appreciation for our volunteers and players in the comments.

🎾 Thanks to the competition organisers Richard Henderson and Graeme Walker, the tournament's success is down to all their behind-the-scenes hard work and they're still smiling!

🍔 Cheers to Andy Baxter who BBQ'd his way through 100 burgers, 5kg of sausages and more bacon than we could count.

🫖 Thank you to our kitchen helpers Barbara, Gillian B, Gillian M, Jen, June, Lyn and Rhona for the constant supply of refreshments and keeping the kitchen spotless.

🍰 We really appreciated all the baking and sweets treats that so many of you donated, thank you. There were no leftovers so you must have enjoyed them too!

😊 Heartfelt thanks to all the spectators for staying around all day - you created a brilliant atmosphere at the club and made it exciting for the competitors.

🏆 Congratulations to all our competitors, finalists and to the champions - you entertained us all with your tennis and we hope you're inspired to take part again next year!

Thanks to everyone who took part in the inaugural One Point Challenge and to all the supporters for a great night. The final was contested by Eddie Baxter and Robin Kerr, who won having hit just 5 balls in the whole tournament! Congratulations to Robin 🙌

It's here - it's One Point Challenge day! Who will be the first ever to claim this title? Matches start at 7.30pm and we're excited to see everyone at the club tonight!

🏆 CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS FINALS DAY - SATURDAY 5 SEPTEMBER

Join us on Finals Day for some great tennis and more! Junior competitions in the morning/early afternoon and adult competitions from 1pm. Andy will be back on the BBQ with bacon rolls, sausages and burgers. Bring your rackets to Gus for restringing, he will also have demo rackets if you're looking for something new.
Donations of baking and bottles for the bottle stall would be much appreciated, please leave them in the club house.

🎾🎾 GIRLS ONLY GROUP STARTING THIS FRIDAY 4 SEPTEMBER 🎾🎾

Starting Friday 4 September for all girls in S1-S6 a free 45 minute tennis session that is fun and friendly with no pressure. It doesn't matter if you haven't played before or if you can already hit a ball, come on your own or with your friends. After the tennis session there's time to socialise and do other activities in the club house.
