Friends of Alexandra Square

A huge thank you to everyone who came to help today with preparation for a new planting scheme. We will be here again on Friday 29th September if you would like to join us.

🌳 The tree team will be in the square tomorrow (Sept 12th). They are there to remove the tree that was damaged by the fire. They will also remove 3x ash trees that are suffering from ash dieback.

We will be meeting informally in the square to do some weeding and litter picking next Saturday.
We will be there from 9-12 & have equipment with us.
If you would like to join us please come along.

Friends Meeting tonight (Thursday 23rd June) at 6.30pm taking place in Alexandra Square to discuss work carried out so far and next steps. All welcome. Look forward to seeing you there 🙂

All welcome as we discuss the results of the consultation and put together a plan of action. A local Landscape Architect will be present to listen to feedback and give advice for future developments.
