Another year back at Leeds Dock for the UK’s largest real estate and infrastructure events.
For the second consecutive year, our team has transformed the dock using 146 modular steel pontoons, creating a stable floating platform for the event’s Dock Water Pavilions .
As part of this year’s installation, we designed and fabricated bespoke fixing points for the pavilion structures. This removed the need for traditional ballast blocks, creating a much cleaner visual finish while also increasing the available loading capacity for guests and event infrastructure across the floating platforms.
Following the pavilion installation by Coopers Marquees, our team completed the timber decking installation across the pontoons before laying the artificial grass finish, ready for three days of networking, exhibitions and live events on the water.
2026 brings together developers, local authorities, investors, contractors and industry leaders from across the UK to discuss regeneration, investment, infrastructure and the future of the built environment. With thousands of delegates attending across the city, the event has quickly become one of the standout dates in the UK property and development calendar.
