As with all my clients, we “unravel” what we can to overcome obstacles and work towards a goal.
We keep it real, and are in contact as much as you want, but you know I’m always here routing for you.
You 100% should be so chuffed with this transformation as it has literally only taken weeks. Well done and thank you 😘😘

When it comes to staying healthy it’s easy to assume you need to spend hours exercising or follow a strict meal plan in order to fulfill your goals.
But no matter how badly you want to make healthy choices, it can often feel like there just simply isn’t the time in the day to do it.
In between school runs, work meetings, family commitments, a social life etc the 1st thing to be sacrificed is often the meal prep or the planned exercise (ie what you intended to do for YOU 💖)
Long term health and weight management doesn’t have to mean giving up huge chunks of your day, it’s the small tiny (micro) habits that we do day to day that will make the biggest difference to your lifestyle.
Consider the following -
1️⃣ You brush your teeth daily (at least twice), you dress according to your job. Schedule in that 30 min class or 3 x 15 mins walks around your day. Don’t “wait” to feel “ready” look at your day, schedule it in and do it ✅
2️⃣ Work out your sleep “schedule”
If you want to be asleep for 10.30 .. work it backwards, going upstairs to bed at 10.20 generally won’t work, can you bring forward your sofa to bed routine ? (I feel 💯 % better when I have my sleep nailed) 😴
3️⃣ Nail the 1st 5 mins after waking in a morning .. tick off some tiny wins so you’re “over achieving” and starting your day upbeat.
Your mindset can be altered so so much by having a strong start to the day (as opposed to lying in bed scrolling on your phone).
4️⃣ 💦 Drink your water daily !! Break it down so it’s achievable ..
I hear it weekly how my girls forget to drink their water (especially at the weekend!)
5️⃣ Meal prep .. this is an absolute game changer. Eating a balanced diet is important for weight management, gut health & illness prevention.
6️⃣ Be proud of any changes you’re making. Having a daily routine that makes you feel good about yourself helps build your resilience and you can perform daily tasks almost on autopilot.
Doing this kind of thing means your brain will release dopamine (a feel good transmitter) which gives you a little boost which can then help you power through to achieve new things 💖

This weekend George and I took part in the 4x4x48 challenge.
It was tough … really really tough. I have run marathons before but I found this pushed me a lot further.
But it did also highlight a lot of things.
I couldn’t believe the amount of support we had. It was incredible to get messages at all times of the day (& night 🌙) with people encouraging us.
The donations kept on coming in.. to date we have raised over £2900 for our local charity 🙌💜.
The turnaround inbetween each run weirdly felt so long but also so short (especially the 2 night ones).
Setting our alarms for 4am runs is not something I will ever be doing again.. but I did enjoy the refuelling of chocolate when we came home 😍
The ice cold baths followed by a hot shower routine was just the norm and life kind of stood still for 2 days and nights.
When we weren’t sure whether we could actually run every single one .. our bodies held up and we ran every run between 34 & 39 mins (George was faster than me !)
We couldn’t have done it without all the fantastic support crew of our family & friends and off people we hardly know.. it really did help us push through.
What I will take away from this challenge is how humbling it is to have such incredible support & goodwill off people.
Human kindness really is the best.

Why is it that everyone sets goals, but not everyone accomplishes them ?
It's because some just have a goal. Others have daily processes to accomplish them.
This is where I come in.
If you only have a goal and no process to follow. That goal rarely happens.
If you have a goal and a process. It WILL happen.
Now what is more important?
The goal or the process ?
The process ✅✅✅
