I’m running two yoga classes on Saturday 25th July and Saturday 1st August, 10-11am. I am asking for donations in lieu of payment that I will be putting towards my ongoing fundraiser for St Mary’s Hospice, Ulverston. 100% of the donations will go directly to the Hospice, who cared for my Mum at the end of her life.

I’m currently about half full for both dates.

Anyone fancy a couple of Saturday morning yoga classes?

This Saturday (4th July) is my last teen yoga class (for now). Then I’m going to take a few weekends to spend some time with family… and then…

I’m putting on two adult yoga classes. 100% of the money will go directly to St Mary’s Hospice, Ulverston.

If you know me personally; you know that it’s approaching six months since I lost my Mum. St Mary’s Hospice in Ulverston looked after her for 19 days before she passed away, peacefully. I worked out that those 19 days will have cost the Hospice at least £5000.

So, my fundraising total currently sits at £2206.25. The beautiful Christina at The Beach Yoga Space kindly agreed to the use of her phenomenal studio for me to run some adult yoga classes. Generally speaking, I can fit 11 people into the studio, but at a push I reckon we can go for 12. I’m hoping to raise at least another £240 for my running total.

Donation amount is up to you (suggested amount is £10)

All equipment provided. Old and new friends welcome. It’ll be a mix of Vinyasa flow, Hatha, and just general feel good yoga 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏾‍♂️🧘🏽

Today was another lovely morning with a fabulous group of young people. We had fun with the straps and the bolsters and found our flexibility.
