Great to have in Leeds to train with us for a few weeks.

He's been an awesome training partner for .basahel as well as everyone else that got the chance to get some work in with him.

As Malik heads to Japan to compete, Shamel will head back home to ATT to get ready to prepare for his next matchup.

Now a good friend to the gym and we look forward to welcoming him back soon.

Thanks for arranging and coming in to help - and also giving the boys some great rounds!
