At just 10 years old, Iris already lives and breathes rugby. She’s been playing since P1 and loves cheering on her dad, Eddy Ferguson, from the sidelines. Whether she’s covered head‑to‑toe in mud or waving the Dalziel flag high, Iris shows exactly what our club’s all about family, fun, and rugby! 🏉✨

150 1XV Caps – Nikky Devine
A true Dalziel stalwart, Nikky marks his 150th appearance for the 1XV tomorrow vs Oban at home🏉

Nikky played through our Youth system and made his senior debut in season 2016/2017 still as an Under 18s player and became a first team regular from his first appearance.

His steady play has shone through like his dedication to Dalziel. A true club player which makes Dalziel the club that it is, a local, community centered club supported by loyal players, family and friends.

He has scored 10 times for 1stXV so far for the Black and Blues, and may he go onto amass more tries and appearances for Dalziel.

Congratulations this achievement Nikky.

Nikky has said
“I am immensely proud to be making my 150th appearance for the first team. During this time I’ve experienced highs and lows but throughout it all it has been the friendships built along the way that make Dalziel Rugby Club so special.

Many of my 150 appearances have been alongside friends who I played with in minis all the way up through the club. I hope I can continue to contribute to the club for many years to come.”

A Massive Weekend Ahead 💙🖤
This Saturday, we’ve got 60 players pulling on the Dalziel jersey across our 1XV, 2XV, and U18 squads a huge show of strength and community spirit.

An incredible 36 of our 42 senior players pulling on the Jersey this weekend have come through Dalziel Youth, proving that our pathway is thriving and our future is bright 🌟

A special shoutout to Nikky Devine, who reaches his 150th 1XV cap this weekend! A phenomenal achievement and testament to his dedication to the club 👏 Stay tuned for more on that milestone later!
