Our Chair Yoga class is gathering strength! 😀
It is very encouraging to hear the reports like:
“My back feels much better already!” or “I noticed the difference in the way I breathe” or
“I feel more strength in my feet!”.
Just love it!!! ❤️❤️❤️
To help folk with travelling to the class in the morning, it was decided to start a bit later, at 9.30am!!!
