It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our long-serving member and Past President, Ian D***s, who sadly passed away yesterday.

Ian joined Wrangholm Hall Bowling Club in 1996 and went on to serve as our Millennium President in 2000. For 30 years, he was a much-loved and respected part of the Wrangholm family.

A true gentleman, Ian genuinely loved the club and everything it stood for. He was always welcoming and encouraging to new members, offering support, advice and a friendly word, and helping people feel at home at Wrangholm.

His contribution to the club over the years will always be remembered, but most of all, we will remember Ian for the kind and genuine person he was.

He will be very sadly missed by everyone at Wrangholm and by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with Ian’s family and friends at this very sad time.

Rest in peace, Ian💙💛

A true gentleman and a much-loved member of the Wrangholm family.
