Good morning all

Todays is an important day and a first for our golf club.

This afternoon our senior team take on Hamilton GC away from home, in the 3rd game of their quest to retain the Knockout Cup.

This evening sees our Gents team travel to EK to play Langlands Park GC in their second tie of their League 4 campaign.

Good luck to both and a special thanks to ALL PLAYERS who continue to support the club and give up precious time to represent.

As we head into a new season, a quick reminder to all members, guests and visitors.

The balls shown in the attached pictures of our 6th green, highlight pitch marks that have either not been repaired or repaired incorrectly. This is an issue seen throughout our course and no doubt others elsewhere - but it is something WE can all help fix.

Our greenkeeping staff work incredibly hard to keep our course and greens in the best condition possible, and being a 9 hole course our greens are used more often than most. Repairing your pitch marks (and any others you spot) only takes a few seconds but makes a HUGE difference to the quality of our greens.
