⚠️ DAMAGE TO MUIR OF ORD GOLF COURSE ⚠️

We are extremely disappointed to report that damage has been caused to the greens and fairways at Muir of Ord Golf Club by youths riding electric scooters on the course.

Thankfully, due to the favourable weather conditions, the damage was minimal on this occasion. However, had the ground been wetter, the damage could have been considerably more severe and much more difficult and costly to repair.

Our golf course is maintained to a high standard for the enjoyment of our members, visitors and guests. Deliberately riding scooters across the greens and fairways is completely unacceptable.

This behaviour will NOT be tolerated.

We ask parents and guardians to please speak to their children and make them aware that the golf course is not a place for electric scooters, bikes or other recreational vehicles.

If anyone has witnessed this activity or has any information regarding those responsible, please contact the club directly.

Please help us protect and maintain Muir of Ord Golf Club for everyone who uses and enjoys it. ⛳

The Muir of Ord team (Greg Forsyth, Nathan Mackenzie, Scott C Mackenzie & Scott Forbes) are well underway in the northern counties cup. They have won there 1st match against Golspie, 1 up.
