Trip to the Black Isle today for a swim at Rosemarkie. Nice to be able to see our usual haunt at Nairn Beach across the water. Can now confirm that the Jellyfish are back!!!

Can recommend a bite to eat at Crofters deffo nice to be in the sun having a chat with the swim buddy ! Thanks Ashley !

Lovely dip at Findhorn yesterday. Haven't been swimming very much with a long standing ear issue still lingering. When I have been swimming have been doing a lot of heads up breastroke. Still the best way to clear the head and focus on what really matters!

Where there is a will there is a way! Axe + Father in Law + Husband + Brother in Law = an icy dook.

Even better my Brothet in Law joined in and went in after!
